Hailey's Hope Book Sponsorship

Local project Hailey’s Hope is currently holding a book sponsorship drive for the book Prayers from the NICU: A Mother’s Devotional by Jeanna J. Plunkett.

Because this item is not normally included in our care packages, Hailey’s Hope is having a special book sponsorship drive. For now, this sponsorship drive will continue until we have at least 25 books sponsored, but ideally we'd like to place our order by the end of June.

A $10 donation will sponsor 1 book to be donated to a mother in the NICU. Individuals and/or groups have the option of sponsoring multiple books if desired.

MJ's Memories Volunteer Day

MJ's Memories is having a Volunteer Day June 4, 2011 at Central Park Community Center in Topeka, KS.

Volunteers are needed to help us make the precious items given to families in the intensive care unit at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS and Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO.

Items that need to be made/completed include:
- Memory Boxes
- Hand/Foot Print Kits
- NICU Isolette Name Plaques
- Baby Eye Masks
- Various Other Items
